RNR rice also called as Telangana Sona is a lightweight medium grained rice. This rice is grown in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka. Bhoomi certified RNR paddy is grown by farmers practising natural farming for more than 2 decades. This rice is processed in mills without chemicals and stored using organic and traditional methods.
This rice has no fat, and is stuffed with proteins and vitamins. It has a very low Glycemic index hence suitable for people with diabetes as it helps lower blood sugar levels and raises HDL cholesterol.
This rice tastes exactly like the regular Sona Masoori rice but it is a healthy replacement from the regular rice for the whole family.
